>I don’t promise perfect. I do promise safety, understanding, compassion and to stand with you in the realities of life. I don’t promise it will be easy, simple, or tidy. I do promise to get to know your genuine self and offer you everything I know, have learned, and experienced to help you get where you want to be. I don’t promise a cookie-cutter, step by step action plan. I do promise an adaptable, flexible, thoughtful, and tailored approach where you can unravel and reframe and come out the other side.

Hello, my name is Sarah Legere and I am a Master’s-level Counselling Psychology student currently completing my practicum as part of my degree at Yorkville University. I am midway through my clinical training and have been gaining experience in a school-based setting, supporting youth with emotional, social, and academic challenges. I am now expanding my experience into a private practice setting, where I offer counselling services under supervision. I take a compassionate, client-centered approach grounded in evidence-based practices and a strong commitment to ethical care. I am particularly interested in supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, stress, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, and emotional well-being. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where clients feel heard and understood. As an intern, I work under the supervision of Melody Land and am committed to ongoing learning, self-reflection, and developing my clinical skills. As I am completing my practicum under supervision, my clinical supervisor may access client files and, with your consent, review recorded sessions to support my development and ensure you receive the best care possible abiding to the code of ethics.

Hi, I’m Breanne!

I’m a Registered Dietitian who has been working in private practice since 2018, supporting clients one-on-one both in person and online.

Over the years, I’ve supported individuals navigating digestive concerns, chronic health conditions, and complicated relationships with food. Through that work, I’ve seen how harmful diet culture can be and how much more sustainable change feels when it’s rooted in body awareness and internal cues rather than restriction.

My approach is anti-diet and weight-inclusive, grounded in intuitive eating principles. That said, being anti-diet doesn’t mean ignoring your health. If you’re managing a condition like IBS, diabetes, or cardiovascular disease, we’ll absolutely take that into account, but without shame, rigid rules, or a sole focus on weight. I use motivational interviewing and behaviour change counselling to help you build practical, realistic habits that support your health while also improving your relationship with food.

My goal is to help you feel informed, empowered, and at peace with food. Not stuck in another cycle of dieting!
